SLUMPSTOPPA is an uphole retention device used in underground mining to prevent emulsion slumping. It is installed into the blast hole through the end of a charging hose or applicator. Its flexible brush bristles allow the device to be inserted several meters into the hole while still supporting the emulsion gassing process and maintaining the designed column height. This product helps ensure a safe and clean loading process while reducing explosive material waste.
