BLASTBAG™ HERO is a blast hole plug designed for safe and efficient use in blasting operations. The product consists of an aerosol canister filled with a non-flammable and non-toxic gas. It features a dual-speed inflation mechanism, allowing the expansion rate to be adjusted according to operational needs. The system is protected by a double-layer construction to enhance resistance against physical damage.
BLASTBAG™ HERO is an ideal solution for fast and secure blast hole plugging, void management, air decking applications, and creating permanent barriers within blast holes. It is also suitable for use in hot hole conditions.

Equipped with a dual-speed actuator, the system allows the inflation time to be adjusted as required. Once the actuator is pressed to initiate inflation, BLASTBAG™ HEROis lowered to the desired depth. After the bag fully inflates and firmly grips the borehole wall, pull the tether line upward until the hang tab releases. This mechanism ensures a fast and straightforward plugging process.
The product is available in sizes ranging from 76 to 311 mm.
